Check to make sure you are connected to the correct wifi according to your location in the church.

  • Admin Office: Admin Office Wifi

  • Media Office (Volunteers): Freedom City

  • Media Office (Staff & FTC): F. Media

  • Studio A: Studio A

  • Studio B: Studio A

  • Control Room: F. Media

  • Finance Office: Finance Office

  • Pastors Office (Staff & Armor Bearers): Pastor’s Office

  • Pastors Office (Guests): Pastor’s Office Guest

  • Outside Experience(Volunteers): Outside Experience


Step 2

Reset the Wifi on your device:

Click the grey button to turn wifi off and wait 30 seconds, then turn grey button back on.


Step 3

Depending on your location, reset the router or network switch.

This is a Network Switch: Unplug the cable and wait 30 seconds, then plug power cable back in and wait 30 seconds before testing wifi again.
