Application for Admission Statement

Everyone at Freedom Christian Center is held to a standard of excellence in faith, conduct, and business affairs. Modeling the message is one of the best ways to present Christ to the people in our community. The following guidelines will be required of any internship at Freedom Training Center. Please carefully read and sign the commitment below. - Age Requirement: 18-25 - Marital Status: Single - Dating: No dating is allowed. Expectation is total focus and spiritual commitment to Freedom Training Center. - Freedom Christian Center is your home church - In unity and agreement with the pastors, Directors / Home Leaders, vision, mission and leadership of Freedom Christian Center - Faithfully active in a ministry - Commit a minimum of one year in Freedom Training Center - Live up to the standards of a Christ-like lifestyle - Attend all mandatory meetings (or communicate to my leaders when I am not able) - Neat in my appearance and personal hygiene - Attend a Freedom Family Group weekly - Dismissal will result if the individual fails to come under authority of the Pastor, Director, or immediate overseer; promiscuous conduct, failure to comply with the Freedom Training Center guidelines and policies; and not meeting timely financial obligations. If dismissed, all monies received by the Freedom Training Center will be forfeited. I have read the above qualifications and agree to keep them to the best of my ability. I realize that failure to keep them is grounds for dismissal and may hinder my ability to become involved in another ministry at Freedom Christian Center.

Occupancy Fee Agreement

Student Tuition / Financial Agreement

I, ___________________________________, acknowledge the Occupancy Fee required to join and remain in Freedom Training Center. I agree to deliver the Occupancy Fee, which is currently $300, every 1st day of the month. I will deliver a money order made out to Freedom Int. Christian Training Center to the current Freedom Training Center Operations Manager. I acknowledge that if I fail to pay on time, a late fee of 5% will be assessed in which I will deliver as a money order. I also agree to pay the weekly $25.00 food fee due every Saturday before noon and turn it into the current Freedom Training Operations Manager. In the consequence of an Occupancy Fee not being turned in, the current Freedom Training Center Operations Manager will review interns profile and decide further disciplinary actions that must be taken which can include dismissal.
