1. Faith Speaks - Operating in the God Kind of Faith
Mk 11:20-23 Now in the morning, as they passed by and saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. 21 Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.” 22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.
Heb 11:3 By faith we know that the worlds were made by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. God said what he believed and wanted and he saw what he said We are made in God’s image and this is how He expects us to operate
Gen 1:26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over all the earth Rom 10:10 “The word is in your mouth and in your heart” (this is the word of faith we preach) 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. (No devil in hell can stop this powerful combo)
2. Faith and Speaking Were Designed By God To Change Things
Prov 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue
Matt 12:36-37 For by your words you will be justified (released), and by your words you will be condemned (remain in Bondage).” We are living today in what we said yesterday, and tomorrow is waiting to hear what you say today Its not what others say that is the deciding factor, its what do you say The spirit of faith speaks and calls things that don’t exist into existence
Romans 4:17 “I have made you a father of many nations” in the presence of Him whom he believed God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they already existed
Josh 1:8 This Book of instruction shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may obey all that is written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do. Be very careful for those negative reports, satan is trying to get his evil report of unbelief in your heart to destroy your future Num 13:30-31 Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, “We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it.” 31 But the men who had gone up with him said, “We can’t attack those people; they are stronger than we are.” 32 And they spread among the Israelites a bad report about the land they had explored.
