Prosperous Leadership Externally is Connected to the Internal

Ps. 1:1-3 Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.

1. Soul Prosperity is the Key to Fruitfulness – Developing in Revelation

3 John 2 Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

●     Soul- The mind, will, and emotions (I have set my affection)

●     Beware of counter-transference when discipling

Prov 4:23 Guard (put a squad of soldiers around) your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues (direction) of life.

Josh 1:8-9 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

John 15:2-5,8 He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. Gen 22:17-18 blessing I will bless you, and multiplying I will multiply your descendants as the stars of the heaven and as the sand in which is on the seashore; and your descendants shall possess the gate of their enemies. In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.”

2. Positioned to Multiply Every Quarter – Farming and Our Path

Mark 4:26-32 He also said. “This is what the kingdom of God is like. A man scatters seed on the ground. Night and day, whether he sleeps or gets up, the seed sprouts and grows, though he does not know how. All by itself the soil produces grain – first the stalk, then the head, then the full kernel in the head. As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.”

                a. Save – first the blade

                b. Establish – then the head

                c. Disciple – after that the full grain in the head

                d. Multiply – when it ripens its launch time

Mark 4:30-32 Again he said, “What shall we say the kingdom of God is like, or what parable shall we use to describe it? It is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest seed you plant in the ground. Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds of the air can perch in its shade.”
