Possessing the Double Portion Will Require a Double Honor

1. We Must Multiply Leaders (Double Our Leaders in 2019) - Every Quarter Harvest a New Crop of Leaders and They will Harvest the Souls of Men

Is 61:7 Instead of your shame there shall be a double portion; instead of dishonor they shall rejoice in their lot; therefore, in their land they shall possess a double portion; they shall have everlasting joy.

Matt 9:37 The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few

2. Double Portion Means Double the DNA #DoubleHonor

Phil 2:19-24 I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you shortly, that I also may be encouraged when I know your state. 20 For I have no one like-minded, who will sincerely care for your state. 21 For all seek their own, not the things which are of Christ Jesus. 22 But you know his proven character, that as a son with his father he served with me in the gospel. 23 Therefore I hope to send him at once, as soon as I see how it goes with me. 24 But I trust in the Lord that I myself shall also come

  • Double portion will require double honor, so the fruit at the third and fourth levels look like the fruit at the top, build after the original pattern God established in the senior leader

  • Here we find Paul in prison infusing DNA into the movement

  • The role of the apostle is the role of a foundation layer (DNA)

  • If the DNA is lost then God has to start all over again

1 Cor 3:10-13 According to the grace of God which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But let each one take heed how he builds on it. 11 For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, 13 each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is.

  • The apostolic anointing is a foundational anointing, they lay foundation in the lives of God's people, preparing them for the coming moves of God. Without apostolic ministry, people lack the proper foundation to grow properly – Apostle John Eckard

  • If we are not building properly, everybody will see because it won’t have the proper ingredients to produce or sustain Freedom

Eph 2:20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone

1 Cor 4:15-17  For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. 16 Therefore I urge you, imitate me. 17 For this reason I have sent Timothy to you, who is my beloved and faithful son in the Lord, who will remind you of my ways in Christ, as I teach everywhere in every church.


Matt 16:18 And I also say to you thatyou are Peter, andon this rock I will build My church, andthe gates of Hades shall notprevail against it.

1 Cor 11:1 Follow me as I follow Christ.

  • The Holy spirit will never allow us to settle, He will develop the spirit of urgency and breakthrough (conquest)

  • The Holy Spirit gives apostle first because they carry a grace called breakthrough (conquest) and urgency

  • This grace of urgency is to be carried throughout the entire church

  • You can’t have consistent urgency and breakthrough growth without clearly defined goals, and a proper strategy (See Image)

  • The words we speak and the attitudes we carry will motivate the disciples under your care or it will discourage them

  • The DNA of urgency and strategy is the DNA of the spirit of faith

  • In order to obey God, we must keep our faith at a high level

Gen 12:3 And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.
