Matthew 9:36-38 But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd. 37 Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest  truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. 38 Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

Joel 2:7-8 They run like mighty men, they climb the wall like men of war, Everyone marches in formation, and they do not break ranks. They do not push one another; Every one marches in his own column. Though they lunge between the weapons, they are not cut down.

a. My Testimony of laying my dream down and saying yes to a bigger dream (God’s dream) #surrender

• It was an all or nothing kind of deal, no plan B

• God wanted all of my heart, all of my life, all of my focus, and he required my purpose to be consumed by His purpose.

• In the beginning we didn’t have thousands of people, we didn’t have multiple buildings, we didn’t have lots of finances, but we had a vision from God and God called us to be ground breakers. 

Jer 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope

• We have to let all selfish ambitions die

• Surrender, Surrender, Surrender then everything flows

 John 12:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the ground and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it produces much grain. Listen Intently (earnest and eager attention) to Pastor Jason’s directions
