The Anointing To Rule - lesson 1

1. We Have Been Called and Anointed to be Both Priest and King

Rev 1:6 and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father

Rom 5:17 For if by the one man's offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

  • The Anointing to rule is key if we are to be effective in The Vision, because it qualifies us to lead others in these areas (1 Sam 16:13)

  • We must rule our lives, so we can teach others how to rule theirs

1 Tim 4:12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

2. Ruling the Fantastic Five - Family, Finance, Fitness, Formation, Fruit

Prov 11:14 Where there is no counsel, the people fall; But in the multitude of counselors there is safety.

  • In order to rule in these areas we need wisdom and accountability

Prov 24:6 And in a multitude of counselors there is safety.

  1. Finance – Honoring God, not living above our means, having a plan

  2. Family – God expects our families to be blessed and strong

  3. Fitness – Getting healed and living a lifestyle of health

  4. Formation – This is when our attitudes are fine tuned and our character is developed and are values are challenged

  5. Fruit – Goals, plans and the increase of revelation and anointing

Prov 1:5,7 A wise man will hear and increase learning, And a man of understanding will attain wise counsel 7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Js 1:5-6 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting

  • Don’t do anything until you find out what the word says

  • Blessing means more demand - When we are balancing our lives something may get more attention in some seasons then in others

Lk 12:48 to whom much has been committed, of him they will ask more.
Phil 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

3. Wisdom to Release and Carry Burdens – Stay in your Lane  

Mk 7:37 He has done all things well. 

Jer 29:11 I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

  • The Holy Spirit is the leader into all wisdom, so any area we’re not experiencing success, we have not been led there or not enough

Prov 2:4-6 If you seek her (wisdom) as silver, And search for her as for hidden treasures; 5 Then you will understand the fear of the Lord, And find the knowledge of God. 6 For the Lord gives wisdom

Ps 84:11 For the Lord God is a sun (direction) and shield (protection) The Lord will give grace (favor) and glory (wealth & influence) No good thing will He withhold From those who walk uprightly.

Ps 37:4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Ps 37:23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, And He delights in his way.

4. The Wisdom to do all things well
